Here's how Postmenopause Essentials typically works over time:

Pour contents of one sachet into a glass. Add 8-12 oz of water, stir, and enjoy with a straw. Alternatively, swirl the glass before the last couple sips as natural settling will occur. Take at least once daily (with or without food).

    I am just getting started and not sure if I feel anything just yet. I was using AG1 for several years and love how refreshing the Biologica tastes. My only comment would be that it does not dissolve completely and there is some of the powder left over in the glass.

    The white granules or grains you’re seeing are completely normal. It’s best to consume our formulas with a straw, stirring before each sip.

    Love the Ease!

    I am very happy with Biological! I was tired of having to take a hand full of pills. Now it’s just one pack of powder and 8 oz of water. The taste is really good. It’s become a morning ritual that I truly look forward to. I feel that Biological has all the necessary ingredients I need to feel my best!
