So far, so good!
I’m ~ 2 weeks into my packet-a-day and all I can really say is so far, so good. I’m of the belief that if you are gonna give a potion a fair shot - I’ve tried so many 😮‍💨 - you gotta give it time to take. I’m going to give this product two months to make a proper evaluation. The thing I’ve noticed straightaway is that I have more energy. Full disclosure, I’ve also started an antidepressant, so they may be working in league to give me a lift. It’s a big deal for me! I’ve been slumping hard for a long time. Years. The flavor is light and refreshing, so it’s easy for me to drink. Let’s see how this goes.

My first ever vitamin review
I really do feel like Biologica has made a difference for me in my skink, PMS, and digestion, I haven't changed anything in my lifestyle aside from taking Biological every morning. I had previously been taking a handful of supplements that are included in their formula, and I definitely prefer this dissolvable powder to buying a million different bottles. It's convenient, easy to travel with, and ends up being cheaper. I also like the branding enough to keep the tin out on the counter which helps me remember to take it everyday.

Earthy Lemonade Tea
I've only been using this for a little bit, so I can't say if it truly is helping as it is recommended to use for 90 days. The taste is good. If you are expecting it to taste just like lemonade then you will be disappointed. Think of it as an earthier lemonade tea and you will be fine. I found the flavor to be enjoyable.
