Essentials
Im surprised by the taste it has. I was skeptical at first and gave it a try because I’ve tried many different things and this was going to be my last. I’m glad I did. It not only tastes great, I got a discount and it makes me feel good.
I’ve noticed I’m sleeping better, my hot flashes have reduced significantly and I feel in general.
It’s an amazing product and I’m glad I have given it a chance.

Lovely addition to my supplement routine
As a woman in my mid 40s i have absolutely seen a shift in my physical, emotional and mental wellbeing over the last few years. Its only in the last 12 months that i really learned about perimenopause and how much it effects woman.
The sachets are perfectly portioned and turn into a delightfully light fizzy drink. It dissolved pretty well and the passionfruit & blackcurrent flavour is light and fresh. So far I'm feeling pretty good but i can't comment on the long term effects just yet, but it's certainly something I am going to continue to use to really see the results.

Based on first week...
Not giving up as I purchased 3 cannisters from the start. I see on this website that there are no reviews under 4 stars which I find very hard to believe. With that being said, my first opinion is the flavor is not bad, but there's much to be improved to the cranberry. What's most concerning is that a huge majority of the supplement is left in the bottom of your cup. Today, I decided to make a cup of boiling hot water, stirred for 1 minute and the gritty supplement is still sitting in the bottom of my cup. Quite frankly, that's a waste of money if I'm not getting all of the supplement I've purchased into my system. I'm going to continue to utilize it, to see if there's any noticable differences. I will however be canceling my subscription if I do not see my honest review on this website. I will update it upon noticeable differences to my system after the 3 months they say it takes to even have an impact.

I feel better
Title says it all. I had been feeling so "off" this past year. I knew it was age related. Nothing else was changing. And I had been trying all kinds of supplements. Ashwaganda, mushroom drinks, etc. I was being bombarded with ads, and I had no idea WHAT to get. I saw the ad for this vitamin combo. It promised to address all of these extra new issues, and it has.
