    I love the ingredients and beautiful packaging. I have only taken it for about a week now, not feeling any difference yet. The flavors are ok, could be better but not a huge issue. What bothers me more is the grittiness and it never fully dissolves. I don’t like how you have to keep mixing it before each sip, and that last sip is full of grit. I honestly would prefer a pill if all these ingredients could be shoved into a capsule. I’ll keep taking it and see if I feel any difference, I ordered a 3 month supply

    Incredible Product that Makes Life SO Much Easier!

    This is an incredible product! I was really impressed with the format & taste.

    Format: love how the powder is effervescent/fizzy and that it completely dissolves. I find sometimes supplements like electrolytes or even creatine can be "chunky" which makes it much less appetizing. All you do is pour it into a glass of water, let it fizz, and it's ready to go. The on the go packs are also a life saver (anyone on a supplements regimen knows how grueling packing all of those and taking them while traveling can be)

    Taste: loved the cranberry lemonade taste! No weird after-taste, and doesn't taste "fake" like many others who pump full of artificial flavorings/fake sweeteners.

    Excited to try other flavors!!!

    Works well for my routine

    Wow, it’s too soon to tell results because I’ve only been taking this for a couple of weeks, I can still note my biggest positive so far- actually taking it! As someone who notoriously could never even remember my birth control I’m at two weeks straight of taking this every single day. Maybe it’s the pretty container that I actually leave out on my counter, maybe it’s the nice fizz in my water. At the very least, I’m appreciating that, but I do also like this for the research that went into the specific included ingredients.
